Music is my friend....
Do you guys ever have music moments? You know like you can remember the very first time you ever heard a song and it instantly touched a cord with you for some reason. It seems like my life can be linked to a series of special songs. I remember musical moments like they were long lost relatives.
Well this song means a lot to me....and I am really feeling it today. Not to mention, this is my favorite video of all time.

A song that I heard many moons ago that really touched my soul and has stuck with me is "If This World Were Mine" - Luther (Big Luther)
That is my favorite song of all time.
As a poet, I have had sounds and words inspire me to write. I have certain songs that remind me of the guy I liked at the time the song was out. Moments in Love is the bomb and making love while the only light is the lights from the old school equalizer brings back memoiries.
For me, music is historical and emotional.
