Great list.. love flip flops, I live for the days I treat myself to a caramel macchiatto - but with extra caramel, talented people and good conversation are no doubt great. Let's not even talk about the beach. My mother is from Barbados and we go home every year. Except I can't go this year since I'm working in London for the summer. Makes me wanna cry thinking I won't be able to walk to the beach every morning in August *tear*
I love reading as well. I just finished this really good book called House of Sand and Fog. Check out reviews online if you want to see if it's ur type of book. If not, I have dozens of other recommendations for you!! Feel free to check out the books label on my blog for ones I've read since January.
Have a beautiful weekend.
girl we are >>><<<<
NOW GOOD BOOK.. CARNEGRA by Blair Underwood and the other 2 folks.. my head hurt can't remember the names.. matter of fact I can send it to ya if you want :) LOL
I miss all the quiet time, etc.. my life has just spiraled into a whirlwind of extra responsibility.. I will reclaim it beginning tomorrow am.. wake up.. chill then teach my class and then do me!!!
I love Flip Flops too!!! Awwwwwwwww Cape May...so beautiful! Caramel Macchiatto's with soy milk YUMMY!!! The Beach...heaven has to have one!
Have a good weekend chica...I'm off today but wanted to check out the final words of the week from my favorites!
Great list! Not a summer day goes by where you won't catch me in a pair of flip flops. I've been in love with the caramel macchiatto forever, with extra caramel, chocolate soy milk and an almond biscotti on the side. Ok, time for a Starbux break...
NOW I like flip flops, last year I hated them
>> side note: please people when you walk they are suppose to make the flip-flop sound, not scuff scuff<<
I like cropped leggins TOO! Dresses this season are way too short for my legs!!!!
AND:
Pretty Dresses
Green Tea
Mornings
Friday nights
Saturdays
see now after talkign to you.. I'm going to Cosi for lunch and I'm going to stop at Starbucks.. :) now I'm not a caramel machiato fan.. I'm more of a grande, white chocolate mocha, extra hot, skim milk with whip :) what.. I don't use sugar LOL
I love:
-The summmer wearing sandals and cute clothes.
-Good mixed drinks and some slamming food.
-Good old school R&B, Jazz.
-A warm sunny day.
-A sexy, well-groomed handsome man. woo!
-A REAL good book.(I read one recently.)
-Going to the movies with my daughter cracking up together like teenagers. LOL. (Knocked Up was a funny movie.)
Great list! I love flip flops to show off my fab pedi! I love girly dresses. I love pretty panties and bras. I love "sweet tea" (it's a southern thang). And I love Vanilla Soy Lattes.
Like all women I love flip flops. That is why I own so many different pairs. From dressy to the $3 rubber ones from the grocery store.
Other things I love:
My mom's voice when she is watching tennis. She gets so excited. We talk after games (Wimbledon is currently going on).
Brunch on a patio (because it is finally warm enough!)
D'Angelo's last album "Voodoo". I can still listen to the entire album and love every song.
I am with you and Roycee on caramel machiattos. Yummy, but due to my expanding waste line I am on a Starbucks embargo!
Dang, looks like I'm the only who DOESN'T like flip flops and Starbucks. I do love good books though.
I love . . .
the view of the Brooklyn Bridge from the South Street Seaport.
watching fireworks from the top of the Empire State Building.
funnel cake
great music
great LIVE music
holding hands
poetry
road trips
deelish list. Sunsets!! man sunsets on the beach! out of this world!!
Ok MTB4...uh, the choreographer chick (who btw needs her own show ASAP) in full Deb.Allen leotard and heels regalia?? LOVE IT. However, if either of the white boys or the fat one make it and not the cute one with the Q name...HATE IT.
And I SOOO cosign w/ Philly on the flip flop scuff-scuff sound. UGH!!!
I don't judge you i too love MTB4...I also LOVE this song and van hunts first cd! great list
