I am swamped today at work but wanted to leave you with one of my all time favorites.

That song is MY SHYT! It's actually the ringer on my phone. Mr. Big dubbed me the title of that song a long time ago. And in one of his apology mix cds (rolling eyes) he had that as the first song, and then the remix as the last song. LMAO!

i just played this video out loud and danced at my desk this made me happy!!

I saw Mos Def do this when I first moved to LA and lemme tell you it literally blew my mind that he sounded better in concert than on the album.. i was outdone!

You know I LOVE MOS DEF!!! This song is one of the tightest cuts of all time. I absolutely love it...from lyrics to production to his sex azz lips in that friggin video LOL!! GOOD SHYT CHICA!!! I aint from the BK but I'll rock wit ya'll all day!!! Oh shyt that rhymed :-)

i listen to this song at least once a week. i remember when black on both sides hit the stores. i thought for the first time in a long time that hip hop really wasn't gonna die after all.

Ooh, I haven't heard this in a minute! Mos Def gets me all excited about my possible upcoming move to a borough (shhh, we keeping that quiet for now!) next month.

I hope the meeting with the VP went well. And I hope you go forward with the catering idea- I know I've never had your food but A) it sounds so good and B) from reading your words these past few months, you really sound like the type of woman who would be FIERCE at running her own business!
